Southerlyn Rentals was founded by co-owners Amber Williams and Ashley Russell who both live in the South Tampa area with their families. They both have a passion for real estate and enjoy helping homeowners rent out their properties either as long-term rentals or as vacation homes.

Both women have 5+ years in the Real Estate industry and are currently managing several rentals in the Tampa Bay & surrounding areas. Ashley, one of the co-founders, currently holds a FL Real Estate license (KW), is fully licensed to manage short-term & lon rentals, and holds a Superhost status on Air BnB.
